Executive Search

Since 1989, MFG has provided nationwide retained executive search assistance to manufacturing clients. Searches have ranged from middle management to CEO level positions. Because a small retainer amount is required at the beginning of each search, we are able to maintain better control over our expenses and, as a result, can reward our clients with significantly lower fees than are regularly charged by other search firms. Outplacement

Our approach aims to radically shorten the time required for jobseekers to effectively reenter the employment marketplace. By providing a core set of job search manuals, resume creation or modification, development of individual contact lists to target employers based on preselected criteria, and an emphasis on network centered action, our program is designed to jumpstart searches in as few as twelve hours of personal assistance.
